Kindly have your accurate measurements ready when you place your order to expedite the processing.

If you choose your own hairstyle that is not in our style gallery, please send us an email attachment of the picture of the hairstyle you would like for your wig. If you choose a hairstyle from our style gallery, please indicate the style number of your specific order as it is indicated on our site. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any more questions. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours or less.

Once you have placed your order and submitted your payment in full, you will be issued your order number and processing will begin immediately.

Please note that normal Delivery takes 4 weeks or less depending on demand.

Remember these wigs are hand-made one at a time especially for our customers.

Stock wigs take 4-5 Business days to arrive to you. We cannot overnight any stock wigs due to the processing and handling time required by our stocking department.

We must have all payments IN FULL in advance with the placement of your order.

We accept most debit and credit cards or you can pay online via PayPal.
